About the role
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DYNAMIC AND CUSTOMER- FOCUSED CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE TO MANAGE CLIENT INTERACTIONS , BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIP AND ENSURE HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. THE IDEAL CAMDIDATE WILL ACT AS A KEY POINT OF CONTACT BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND ITS CUSTOMERS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG , LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP WITH CUSTOMERS
HANDLE CUSTOMERS INQUIRIES , COMPLIENTS AND FEEDBACKS IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER
PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS/SERVICES
FOLLOWUP WITH CUSTOMER TO ENSURE SATISFACTION AND RESOLVE ISSUES
MAINTAIN CUSTOMER RECORDS AND UPDATE DATABASE REGULARLY
COORDINATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO MEET CUSTOMER NEEDS
ENSURE CUSTOMER RETENTION AND LOYALTY
REQUIRED SKILL & QUALIFICATION:
ANY DEGREE
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
STRONG PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY
GOOD ORGANIZATIONAL AND MULTITASKING SKILLS
KEY COMPETENCIES:
CUSTOMER-CENTRIC APPROACH
