About the Role

Bontrue Furniture is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, store footfall, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail marketing, digital campaigns, brand management, and event planning.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

Create campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Digital Marketing

Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

Oversee website content, SEO, and online lead generation activities.

Track and analyze digital campaign performance and ROI.

Brand Management

Ensure consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels.

Develop marketing materials, brochures, banners, catalogues, and promotional content.

Coordinate with designers, photographers, and external agencies.

Retail Marketing

Plan and execute store-level promotions and seasonal campaigns.

Increase showroom footfall through local marketing initiatives.

Coordinate launch events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.

CRM & Customer Engagement

Develop customer retention and loyalty programs.

Manage WhatsApp, email, and SMS marketing campaigns.

Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvement strategies.

Budget & Reporting

Prepare and manage the marketing budget.

Generate monthly marketing performance reports.

Track lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

MBA in Marketing preferred.

Experience

7+ years of marketing experience.

Minimum 2+ years in a managerial role.

Experience in retail, furniture, home décor, luxury products, or lifestyle brands preferred.
