Roles & Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
Design modern, user‐friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high‐fidelity UI designs.
Conduct UX research and usability testing to improve product experiences.
Design SaaS dashboards, CRM systems, admin panels, and customer‐facing applications.
Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams.
Ensure responsive and accessible designs across all devices.
Optimize user journeys and improve product usability.
Graphic Design
Design social media creatives, banners, advertisements, and marketing materials.
Create branding assets including logos, brand guidelines, presentations, brochures, and corporate collateral.
Design email templates, landing pages, PR campaign creatives, and promotional materials.
Develop visual assets for digital marketing campaigns.
Create illustrations, infographics, and visual storytelling content.
Support sales and marketing teams with creative requirements.
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels.
Required Skills
4+ years of experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design.
Strong proficiency in Figma.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
Knowledge of design systems and component‐based design.
Ability to create interactive prototypes and user journeys.
Understanding of branding and marketing design principles.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience designing SaaS platforms and enterprise applications.
Familiarity with AI‐powered design tools and workflows.
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools.
Knowledge of Flutter, React.js, or frontend workflows.
Experience in PR, Media, Marketing, or Communication Technology products.
