We're Hiring: Quality Engineer (QA/QC) – Aluminium Furnace Package | India & KSA
Location: India & Saudi Arabia Company: Gillespie & Powers, Inc. Employment Type: Full-Time | Project-Based
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Engineer (QA/QC) to join our team for a major Aluminum Recycling Plant Project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
Review engineering, procurement, and supplier quality documentation
Conduct supplier audits, inspections, and surveillance activities
Manage Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
Monitor installation, commissioning, and performance testing activities
Raise, track, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and quality requirements
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and clients to resolve quality issues
Requirements: ✔ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline ✔ 5+ years of QA/QC experience in industrial, manufacturing, EPC, or construction projects ✔ Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems ✔ Experience with inspections, audits, FAT/SAT, and quality documentation ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ✔ Willingness to travel and relocate to Saudi Arabia during the project execution phase
Preferred Certifications:
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent
NDT Certifications (desirable)
