About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer who can work as Technical Team Lead with 7+ years of hands-on software development experience and proven leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable applications, leading development teams, managing client communications, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires a strong technical background combined with excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
● Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring coding standards and best practices.
● Communicate directly with clients to understand business requirements and provide technical recommendations.
● Participate in project planning, estimation, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
● Convert business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
● Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
● Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and Product teams.
● Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution.
● Support deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● 8+ years of professional software development experience.
● Strong experience with modern web technologies and application architecture.
● Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
● Proven experience handling client communications, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
● Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
● Experience with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and system integrations.
● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
● Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
● Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
● Experience working in a software services or consulting environment.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
