Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with 2-3 years of experience who can design, develop, and maintain scalable applications while contributing to both frontend and -backend development. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a direct impact on product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Build robust backend systems using Node.js and Express.js.
Develop and optimize database structures, queries, and performance.
Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and payment gateways.
Implement security best practices including authentication, authorization, encryption, and data protection.
Frontend Development
Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js or Next.js.
Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal application performance.
Devops & Cloud Knowldege will be the plus point
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments
Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure
Work with Docker and containerized environments.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues efficiently.
Leadership & Collaboration
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Conduct and contribute to code reviews, ensuring coding standards and quality.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams.
Mentor junior developers and support team growth.
Identify technical risks and recommend effective solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong understanding of asynchronous, event-driven, and concurrent programming.
Hands-on experience with serverless technologies.
Proficiency in Git workflows, branching strategies, and pull request processes.
Proven experience integrating third-party services and payment gateways.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
First prefable looking local candidate - Surat or Nearby
Salary Budget Up to 5lac Annum
Preferred Skills
Experience in E-commerce (B2B/D2C) platforms.
Exposure to Jewellery industry applications such as inventory, pricing, and catalogue management.
Experience with SaaS products, including multi-tenancy, subscriptions, and billing systems.
Knowledge of healthcare projects involving patient data, health APIs.
Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Co-pilot, and AI APIs.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong GitHub portfolio showcasing development projects.
