About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter.
Lead the mobile development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying cross-platform apps using Flutter.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable applications.
Review and guide the development efforts of team members through code reviews, mentoring, and technical discussions.
Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and backend teams to define app features and functionality.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
Lead and mentor junior developers, review code, and provide constructive feedback.
Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery consumption.
Ensure app quality through proper testing and debugging.
Integrate third-party APIs and SDKs as required.
Stay updated with new mobile technologies and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
4–6 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart.
Experience in building and deploying mobile apps to the App Store and Google Play.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with mobile front-end.
Solid knowledge of state management techniques (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED
Nice to Have:
Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend integrations.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools for mobile deployment.
Experience in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello, etc.
