Role: Backend Developer (Nodejs)

Job Location- Noida Sector 3, nearest metro station- 16

Key Responsibilities:

· API Development: Design, build, and optimize secure RESTful and event-driven APIs.

· Server-Side Logic: Write and maintain robust server-side code using Node.js and frameworks like Express or NestJS.

· Database Management: Design, implement, and optimize database schemas and queries (SQL and NoSQL).

· Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot latency issues, and scale applications to handle high traffic.

· Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and UI/UX teams to integrate user-facing elements with backend functionality.

· Security & Testing: Implement authentication, data protection, and write automated tests to ensure code dependability

Essential Skills & Qualifications - 3- 5 yrs

· Core Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.

· Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.

· Databases: Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

· Architecture: Understanding of Microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

· Tools: Proficiency with version control (Git), API testing tools (Postman), and CI/CD pipelines

Good to Have:

· Knowledge of tracking pixels, cookies, and attribution models

· Experience with performance marketing or digital marketing teams

· Understanding of SEO/SEM basics

· Cloud deployment (AWS, Vercel, etc.)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Someone who is not just a developer but understands business metrics, can translate marketing needs into dashboards, and helps in data-driven decision making

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
