Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our services.
Follow up on leads and conduct cold calls to generate new sales opportunities.
Clearly explain service features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
Record accurate information in CRM systems and maintain detailed records of all interactions.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the team to optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in International Outbound sales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
Strong negotiation and convencing skill required.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualities:
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Strong time management and organizational skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
