From shaping internal culture to supporting client moments and driving key projects, you’ll be equal parts organiser, connector, and operator. You’ll also play a key role in bringing our People & Culture agenda to life across the region.

What you'll be doing:

Executive and Business Support

Act as a trusted partner to the APAC CEO and leadership team

Keep priorities aligned by managing diaries, actions, and follow ups

Create clear, high quality decks, reports and presentations

Coordinate meetings, events and travel with efficiency

Capture key discussions and ensure actions and outcomes are tracked

Client and Commercial Support

Provide research and preparation for client and partner meetings

Build strong relationships through regular communication

Maintain CRM systems and reporting with accuracy and consistency

Support the development of pitches and proposals

Projects and Experiences

Drive special projects and TLC initiatives across APAC

Deliver events and experiences that bring clients and teams together

Support internal programmes such as Frankie’s and Local Culture Club

People and Culture

Serve as a local point of contact for HR queries

Support the employee lifecycle from hiring through to onboarding and offboarding

Champion culture, engagement and global People initiatives within the region

Office and Operations

Oversee the smooth running of the Singapore office

Manage suppliers, vendors and day to day operations

Provide support across expenses, administration and coordination

Who we're looking for:

Experience supporting senior leaders or board level stakeholders

Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach

Clear and confident communication, with the ability to build relationships quickly

Comfort working independently in a fast paced, evolving environment

Attention to detail and pride in delivering high quality work

Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Advanced Microsoft Office capability

Energy, ownership and a positive mindset
