About the Role:
We’re looking for high-potential individuals to join our Management Trainee (Procurement Operations) program, designed to fast-track you into a future leadership role within our Procurement & Logistics team.
This is not a passive trainee role. You’ll be directly involved in sourcing, supplier management, and logistics coordination across multiple brands, including regional procurement activities.
Core Responsibilities:
Learn and support daily procurement and supply chain operations, including supplier sourcing, price comparison, negotiation support, and purchase order management
Assist in vendor management, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure smooth distribution to outlets
Monitor logistics processes and support improvements in delivery scheduling and cost control
Track and analyze procurement and inventory data; prepare reports for internal review and planning
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to minimize stock discrepancies, wastage, and stock-out risks
Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
Open to fresh graduates and early-career professionals with strong learning agility
Strong interest in procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory systems/software is an advantage
Willing to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and adaptable to rotational training
Proficiency in Korean is an advantage for roles involving coordination with Korean-speaking stakeholders and/or suppliers
