About the role

Job Responsibilities:

Full spectrum of Human Resource function in terms of recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, talent management and development, manpower planning, payroll, and employee engagement.

Apply and implement sound HR policies, procedures and guidelines in a timely and appropriate manner.

Identify HR needs and sought to provide solutions and improvements.

Lead annual performance appraisal, salary and performance bonus review cycle.

Assist in the annual budget exercise.

Supervise operational Compensation & Benefits matters including payroll and benefits administration.

Implement talent and succession management programme.

Review and administer manpower planning, recruitment, selection and the full spectrum of staffing support functions.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate in securing interns from universities and deploying them to support research work.

Participate and assist in events organised by the Centre.

Support Directors where required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a supervisory role.

Analytical, meticulous and numerically inclined.

Strong knowledge of HR planning and practices.

Strong in communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work in a stressful environment with short/tight deadlines & ability to multitask.

Proficient in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.

Knowledge in Times Payroll Software will be an added advantage.

Proficient in MS applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
