We’re looking for a reliable Admin Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced finance environment. What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate professionally with clients and internal teams
Handle documentation, submissions, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate and organised records (both digital and physical)
Support day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed on time

Organised, detail-oriented, and responsible
Able to manage multiple tasks independently
Clear and professional communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Canva skills are a bonus)
Positive, dependable, and a team player
No prior experience required — full training will be provided.
