Key Responsibilities
Learn and understand client needs through guided professional interactions
Support the development and implementation of financial planning processes
Assist in maintaining and reviewing client information and plans where required
Build foundational skills in client relationship management and communication
Support business development and operational activities as part of training exposure
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and development programmes
Ensure all activities follow company standards and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
Minimum Diploma, A-Level, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop
Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive mindset
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Must meet applicable regulatory and licensing requirements
