Customer Service Executive (CSE)
About the role
The incumbent primary goal is to ensure the retention of profitable customers through providing added value to their customer experience and delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers.
Attend to incoming enquires and prepare quotation.
Assist Customer Service Manager in carrying out sales and marketing activities.
Establish close relationship and rapport with decision makers.
Develop strategies and plans to generate sale orders and new account.
Compile and document customer’s requirements and draft Contract Agreement as and when required.
Liaise with Customer Service Manager to review and discuss the proposed contractual requirements.
Liaise with Logistic Coordinator to arrange for off-site delivery activities.
Verify and register customer’s complaint if any.
Preparation of sales contract agreement and/or quotation.
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.
Working Day : Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,600.00 per month
