Brand Ambassador

Duties of Brand Ambassador include:

Welcoming and engaging with customers visiting the boutique.

Provide personalized consultation and styling advice for customers.

Assist in delivering boutique KPIs and achieving sales targets.

Responsible in presenting merchandise desirably in accordance to suggested guidelines and maintaining a tidy store consistent with client expectations.

Coordinates, liaises, and assists customers on service-after-sales (repair).

Perform assigned duties per request from Supervisor/Manager.

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales performance, maintain store presentation standards, and support daily store operations. Candidates with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for retail are encouraged to apply.

The ideal background of Brand Ambassador:

Previous retail, sales and/or hospitality experience a major plus.

Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems.

Extremely personable, positive, and approachable.

Fantastic customer service skills.
