Talent Connection helps companies build reliable and cost-effective remote teams by connecting them with suitable offshore talent. We support businesses that need manpower but may not be ready to hire locally due to cost, capacity, or operational constraints.

We are looking for Business Development Executives to help us grow our client base by sourcing leads, speaking to potential clients, presenting our services, and closing deals.

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and converting prospects into paying clients. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys sales, networking, client communication, and solution-based selling.

The candidate must be comfortable reaching out to business owners, HR managers, operations managers, and decision-makers to introduce Talent Connection’s remote staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Source for potential clients through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, WhatsApp, referrals, networking, and other digital channels.

Identify companies that may need remote staff, virtual assistants, admin support, sales support, marketing support, customer service support, or other manpower solutions.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

Research companies and decision-makers before outreach.

Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales process.

2. Client Engagement

Contact potential clients to understand their manpower needs, pain points, budget, and hiring requirements.

Explain how Talent Connection can help them reduce manpower costs and improve operational capacity.

Respond professionally to client enquiries through calls, messages, emails, and meetings.

Build trust and maintain good relationships with prospects and clients.

3. Sales Presentation & Proposal

Present Talent Connection’s services, pricing, process, and value proposition to potential clients.

Recommend suitable staffing solutions based on the client’s needs.

Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-up messages where required.

Handle common objections relating to cost, quality, remote work, replacement, supervision, and commitment.

4. Closing & Account Handover

Negotiate and close deals with clients.

Secure confirmed client requirements and payment arrangements.

Coordinate with the recruitment / operations team to begin the talent-matching process.

Ensure a smooth handover from sales to fulfilment.

Follow up with clients after onboarding to ensure satisfaction and possible repeat business.

5. Sales Reporting

Update lead status, client conversations, follow-ups, and sales activities regularly.

Track appointments, proposals sent, conversion rates, and closed deals.

Provide weekly updates on sales pipeline and progress.

Requirements

Prior experience in sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, BPO, HR services, or digital services will be useful.

Comfortable doing cold outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone, and WhatsApp.

Able to communicate clearly and confidently with business owners and managers.

Good follow-up discipline and ability to manage a sales pipeline.

Able to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Workspace / CRM tools will be an advantage.

Good spoken and written English.

Compensation

Basic salary plus commission.

Commission will be given for successful client acquisition and confirmed placements.

Performance incentives may be provided for meeting sales targets.

Part-time or commission-based arrangements may be considered for suitable candidates.
