About the role

As the Marketing Operations Manager at iFoundries, you are the primary bridge between Sales and Execution. Reporting directly to the CEO and laterally to the CCO. Your mission is to transform the strategic promises made to clients into profitable, high-quality reality by managing the collective bandwidth and workflows of the Tech, Digital Marketing, and Creative departments. You are the ultimate guardian of the agency's internal health, ensuring that as we scale, our "professionally lethal and gold class standards" culture remains efficient and our margins remain protected.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Sync: Partner with the CCO to review the sales pipeline and forecast resource requirements. Ensure that when a contract is signed, the talent and tools are ready to deploy.

Cross-Functional Optimization: Overlook the Tech Lead, Digital Marketing Lead, and Creative Lead to break down silos and resolve "traffic jams" between departments.

The Bridge to Account Management: Support the Account Managers/Directors by providing the "Internal Truth" on timelines and resource availability to manage client expectations accurately.

Profitability & Resource Management: Monitor the utilization rates of the regional or freelanced team and local specialists to identify over-servicing and protect project margins.

Process Engineering: Audit and refine the "systems over willpower" approach and own the optimization of the project management stack to ensure 100% visibility of task status.

Vendor & Freelance Management: Act as the final escalation point for external vendors and freelance designers/developers, ensuring their output matches the iFoundries standard.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

7+ years of experience in agency operations or high-level project management.

A proven track manager of cross-border teams.

Experience in a "Work Remotely" leadership environment, with the discipline to manage a workforce through data and output rather than proximity.

The "Agency Architect" Mindset: Deep understanding of the digital agency lifecycle, from the initial brief to technical deployment and long-term performance optimization.

Advanced Resource Planning: Ability to balance the workload of 10+ staff members across multiple time zones to prevent burnout and idleness.

Financial Literacy: Strong grasp of project P&L, billable hours vs. actual hours, and the ability to spot "scope creep" before it erodes profitability.

Conflict Resolution: Ability to be the "firm but fair" arbiter when Creative and Tech leads have competing priorities.

Technical/Creative Fluency: Generalist understanding of Developer, Designer, and Marketer terminologies and concepts.

Operational Calm: Ability to remain the "coolest head in the room" when multiple project deadlines converge.

Radical Transparency: Commitment to Radical Transparency, providing the "single source of truth" for internal capacity.

Mentorship: Developing the junior leads and interns to ensure a strong talent pipeline.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
