About the role

As a Customer Success Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our services. You will act as both a Consultant and Relationship Manager, working closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and build strong, long-lasting relationships.

Your key performance is focused on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and improving customer retention across your assigned clients.

Job Duties

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality service and deliverables from the delivery team

Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify issues, concerns, or opportunities, and address them in a timely manner

Manage the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation

Monitor and evaluate business objectives, project milestones, and quality standards to ensure alignment and delivery

Act as a client advocate, ensuring feedback is communicated, acknowledged, and acted upon internally

Provide expert advice and guidance to help clients maximize the value of products and services based on their business needs

Facilitate User Requirement Workshops and conduct User Training sessions when required

Qualifications and Skills

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Social Science, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in web-related projects (advantageous)

Proven experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced IT environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized, proactive, and client-focused

Pay: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
