About the role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious junior talent to join our growing education business. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with the organisation. We value attitude, communication skills, ownership, and a willingness to learn over extensive experience.

The successful candidate will manage relationships with satellite centre partners, support daily operational coordination, and assist in the growth and expansion of our satellite centre network.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Relationship Management

Serve as the primary liaison between headquarters and assigned satellite centres.

Build and maintain strong relationships with centre partners and key stakeholders.

Conduct regular check-ins and centre visits to understand operational needs and challenges.

Ensure partner satisfaction and support long-term relationship retention.

Operations Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery and implementation.

Follow up on operational matters, issues, and action items raised by centres.

Monitor centre performance and support implementation of company initiatives.

Ensure centres adhere to company standards and operational requirements.

Business Development & Expansion

Support the identification and development of new satellite centre opportunities.

Assist with presentations, proposals, and partnership discussions.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Support onboarding and launch activities for new satellite centres.

Base Salary:

SGD 2,500 – SGD 2,800 per month depending on qualifications and experience.

Performance Incentives:

Quarterly performance bonus based on KPI achievement.

Incentive for successful onboarding of new satellite centres.

Annual performance bonus based on company and individual performance.
