Account Manager (B2B Training Sales)
About the role
Up to S$4000 per month + Comms
Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
Engage clients to understand training needs and propose relevant IT and professional development solutions
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
Drive sales for both public and customised training programmes
Handle client enquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
Work closely with trainers, operations, and marketing teams to execute training programmes successfully
Track sales performance and provide regular updates on pipeline, targets, and forecasts
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging training needs to identify new opportunities
Requirements
Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in sales or account management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-facing mindset
Proven ability to manage pipeline and achieve sales targets
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
