We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless project execution, strong client relationships, and successful business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, takes ownership of their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively coordinate across multiple stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Manage day-to-day client communications and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
Lead contract renewal discussions and support account growth opportunities.
Develop a deep understanding of client objectives and provide strategic recommendations when appropriate.
Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
Drive project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and to a high standard.
Coordinate closely with internal teams, including Operations, Creative, Strategy, and Leadership, to ensure smooth project execution.
Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions before they impact project outcomes.
Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
Commercial & Process Management
Act as the primary user and administrator of the company’s quotation and project management systems.
Support proposal preparation, budget tracking, and commercial documentation.
Continuously improve workflows and account management processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and campaign performance reports for clients.
Analyze project outcomes, identify insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
Maintain accurate project documentation and account records.
QualificationsRequired Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Brand Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising Agency (4A), or a related field.
Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Lark, Notion, and other project management or collaboration tools.
Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience preparing client-facing reports and presentations.

Familiarity with integrating AI tools into project management, client servicing, or operational workflows.
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
