Senior QA Test Engineer (Life Insurance)

The Senior QA / UAT Test Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing SIT and UAT activities, with strong ownership of defect lifecycle management, reporting, and quality governance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop SIT and UAT Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Scenarios

Coordinate closely with Business Analysts and Developers during SIT/UAT cycles

Execute and oversee end‑to‑end functional, integration, and regression testing

Drive defect management lifecycle: logging, analysis, prioritization, tracking, and closure

Facilitate defect triage calls with business and technology stakeholders

Ensure clear documentation of test evidence, test results, and sign‑off artefacts

Create and publish daily/weekly quality dashboards, defect trends, and risk reports

Support business teams during UAT and production readiness validation

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in QA, Testing, or UAT roles

Strong hands‑on experience in SIT, UAT, and migration testing

Excellent knowledge of defect management frameworks and tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps)

Strong SQL/database validation skills

Experience in Insurance domain testing, Ebao and Insuremo

Ability to communicate issues clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Pay: Up to $4,000.00 per month
