About the role
La figura di Vice direttore avrà la responsabilità di affiancare il Clinic manager nella gestione operativa e strategica la clinica, ottimizzando i processi interni e contribuendo attivamente alla crescita e al posizionamento della struttura.
Principali responsabilità
Controllo e raggiungimento KPI, fatturato, produzione, performance e marginalità
Gestione del rapporto con i pazienti e miglioramento dell’esperienza customer
Supporto alla direzione nelle strategie di sviluppo e marketing
Verifica del rispetto delle procedure, standard qualitativi e normativi
Requisiti
Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Commerciale o in ruoli analoghi in ambito sanitario/odontoiatrico ( preferenziale )
Spiccate capacità organizzative e di leadership
Orientamento ai risultati e problem solving
Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali
Conoscenza dei principali software gestionali odontoiatrici (Alfadocs)
disponibilità a trasferte su milano
