Siamo un Centro Odontoiatrico con sede a Palermo, in continua crescita, e stiamo cercando una figura professionale che voglia fare la differenza nella gestione e nello sviluppo del nostro centro.
Il ruolo prevede:
-- Coordinamento del team
-- Cura dell'esperienza paziente, dalla prima visita alla chiusura del piano di cura
-- Monitoraggio delle performance economiche e dei KPI
-- Gestione della compliance e delle procedure interne
-- Supporto alle attività di marketing e comunicazione
-- Contributo attivo allo sviluppo e all'espansione del centro
Cerchiamo una persona con:
-- Spiccate capacità organizzative e di leadership
-- Orientamento ai risultati e al paziente
-- Esperienza in contesti sanitari o affini
-- Residenza a Palermo o disponibilità al trasferimento
