Mansioni:
La risorsa si occuperà della gestione dei contatti in ingresso (telefono e portale), della presa appuntamenti e del supporto nella predisposizione delle pratiche amministrative. Aggiornerà anagrafiche clienti e registrerà informazioni su gestionale interno, coordinandosi con i professionisti per garantire tracciamento e follow up delle richieste.
