Il ruolo: Cerchiamo uno stagista come Project & Operations Coordinator: una figura trasversale che supporti il team nella gestione dei progetti, nella produzione di materiali e nel coordinamento di eventi e attività.
Responsabilità principali:
Supportare la gestione e l'organizzazione di eventi, workshop e attività formative e non solo: dalla logistica alla preparazione dei materiali.
Coordinare calendari e agende del team, dei clienti e dei fornitori, gestendo priorità e sovrapposizioni.
Organizzare e mantenere aggiornati gli archivi di progetto: documentazione, materiali, output.
Supportare la comunicazione interna e la condivisione di informazioni tra i diversi team e stakeholder.
Monitorare le scadenze operative e segnalare tempestivamente eventuali criticità.
Supportare la produzione di presentazioni, slide deck e materiali per i progetti e i clienti, con cura e attenzione alla chiarezza comunicativa.
Contribuire al miglioramento dei processi organizzativi interni, identificando inefficienze e proponendo soluzioni.
Requisiti:
Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità
Precisione e affidabilità
Competenze in PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva o Google Slides
Dimestichezza con Google Suite
Conoscenza base dell'inglese
Plus: esperienza con Monday, Notion o simili
