I'm looking for a Marketing Manager to support the Marketing and Sales Department in the Italian market.
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical professional who enjoys combining data analysis, operational execution and field activities within a fast-growing and passionate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support the definition of commercial targets and distribution strategy
Support the development and implementation of promotions and sales initiatives
Prepare sell-in and sell-out reports and performance analysis
Manage and update commercial documentation and internal archives
Support the implementation of the annual marketing plan
Manage digital marketing activities (digital advertising, website updates, social media and community management)
Coordinate trade marketing activities with dealers (POS materials, dealer events, test rides, flagship projects)
Manage the company test ride calendar and related operational activities
Support the organization and participation in motorcycle events and trade fairs across Italy
Prepare promotional and commercial materials (catalogues, product sheets, presentations) in coordination with HQ
Requirements
University degree
5 years of experience in a structured marketing or sales support role
Analytical mindset and good knowledge of Excel
Fluent Italian and good English
Passion for motorcycles is a strong plus
Flexible, proactive and able to work under pressure
Availability to travel in Italy, including occasional weekend events
Retribuzione: Fino a €45.000,00 all'anno
