Join Our Team as a Station Fleet Supervisor I – Lead, Manage, and Optimize Fleet Operations!
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for managing fleet operations? We are looking for a highly skilled Station Fleet Supervisor I to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet within a small or medium-sized station, ensuring vehicle availability, timely maintenance, and efficient coordination of rentals and returns. As part of our Network & Stations team within the broader Operations function, you will supervise fleet operations staff and support operational performance, service quality, and cost control initiatives while maintaining effective relationships with local service providers and vendors.

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for managing fleet operations We are looking for a highly skilled Station Fleet Manager to oversee both the strategic and daytoday management of our fleet ensuring efficient operations timely maintenance and excellent service delivery for our customers As the Station Fleet Manager you will be responsible for longterm planning and daily oversight of fleet operations including the garage and outsourced teams Your goal is to ensure costeffective operations while maintaining the highest standards of service and achieving station business development targets
Key Responsibilities
1 Human Management
Lead and develop fleet staff including hikers and maintenance agents to meet performance goals aligned with station targets and company values
Train staff to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring adherence to company procedures and service level agreements
Conduct and log safety meetings with fleet staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols
2 Daily Fleet Operations
Oversee the timely repair and servicing of vehicles according to company and manufacturer guidelines
Review reservations returns and fleet status daily to maintain operational efficiency
Manage the damage assessment process ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place
Continuously seek process improvements to optimize vehicle servicing infleet preparation and disposal
Provide monthly reports on mechanic productivity attendance and inventory usage for consumables tires and parts
3 Internal and External Relations
Communicate and coordinate with external personnel including Return Service and Ready Line agents to maintain smooth operational flow
Maintain b relationships with local OEM dealerships service providers and external vendors
Collaborate with the General Manager Operations Managers and other team members to provide updates on fleet status and operational insights
Manage collision repairs by liaising with vendors monitoring repair timelines and ensuring timely updates from repair shops
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in fleet management or a similar leadership role, ideally within a small or medium-sized station environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on operational efficiency and customer service.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, particularly in managing vehicle repairs and inventory.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with local service providers, vendors, and internal teams.
Commitment to upholding safety standards and company procedures.
Ideal Experience
Previous experience supervising fleet operations staff in a transportation, rental, or logistics environment.
Demonstrated success in managing day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, rentals, and returns.
Experience coordinating with external vendors and service providers.
Track record of implementing process improvements and cost control initiatives.
Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance requirements.
