Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Only 1 Saturday per Month (8:00 AM–12:00 PM)

️ No Saturday Hours During Summer Months

We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our Norwell team. Whether you have experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction supply, or wholesale distribution—or you're mechanically inclined and eager to learn—we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and helping contractors, homeowners, and business partners find the right solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting walk-in and phone customers with product selection, pricing, and order placement

Building strong customer relationships through outstanding service and product knowledge

Identifying opportunities to upsell and recommend additional products that meet customer needs

Collaborating with Branch Management, Outside Sales, and Manufacturer Representatives to support customer success

Pulling, verifying, and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Maintaining organized inventory and helping keep products properly stocked

Working closely with warehouse and branch teams to support daily operations

Participating in ongoing product and industry training to your expertise

Contributing to a clean, safe, and professional branch environment

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications:

Customer service, sales, counter sales, or wholesale distribution experience

Plumbing, HVAC, construction, mechanical, or building supply knowledge preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, organized, and eager to learn

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
