Responsibilities
Engage with prospective in person face to face and other communication channels to introduce our services and gather necessary information.
Assist new clients with account setup, data entry, and verification processes to ensure accurate onboarding.
Provide exceptional customer support by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and guiding clients through our offerings.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, updates, and account information using Microsoft Office tools and internal databases.
Follow up with clients to confirm successful account activation and address any additional needs or concerns.
Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and foster trust with diverse client profiles.
Collaborate with team members to improve onboarding procedures and enhance overall client experience.
Skills
Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with a diverse client base.
Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is preferred.
Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances communication effectiveness.
Excellent data entry, typing speed, and computer skills are essential for accurate record keeping.
Strong phone etiquette, outbound calling experience, and customer service skills are critical for success.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic analysis skills help streamline processes.
