Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting clients, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate product and service information while assisting with order processing and issue resolution
Follow up with clients and promote products or services
Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to support sales initiatives
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and sales processes
Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, trends, and suggestions
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus
Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities
Ability to perform accurate data entry with solid typing skills
Positive attitude, coachability, and a desire for professional growth
