About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Amazon DSP Manager (L5) to lead Amazon DSP strategy and execution across a portfolio of enterprise and high-growth brands. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep hands-on DSP expertise with strong strategic leadership and client-facing communication skills.

You’ll oversee full-funnel programmatic strategy, mentor and develop team members, contribute to new business growth, and help shape Nectar’s evolving programmatic media offering. This role will work closely with senior leadership and play a major role in scaling Nectar’s DSP capabilities across endemic and non-endemic advertisers.

This is a full-time, fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Amazon DSP strategy across a portfolio of enterprise and growth-stage brands

Develop full-funnel programmatic media strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives

Oversee execution and optimization of display, video, OLV, CTV, Streaming TV, and retargeting campaigns

Build endemic and non-endemic audience strategies leveraging Amazon audiences, AMC insights, and first-party data

Translate campaign performance into actionable business insights including TACoS, NTB, incrementality, and organic lift

Identify testing opportunities and develop forward-looking strategic recommendations for clients

Mentor and support programmatic team members, helping establish best practices and operational processes

Partner with client services and leadership teams on strategic planning and account growth

Present performance insights, strategic recommendations, and media plans directly to clients and executive stakeholders

Conduct DSP audits and identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and expanded media investment

Support new business pitches, RFPs, and programmatic media thought leadership initiatives

Stay ahead of industry trends across Amazon DSP, retail media, streaming TV, and programmatic advertising

Requirements

10+ years of programmatic advertising experience

Deep hands-on expertise within Amazon DSP

Experience managing large-scale programmatic budgets ($20M+ annually preferred)

Strong understanding of full-funnel media strategy and measurement

Experience with endemic and non-endemic DSP campaigns

Familiarity with CTV, OTT, OLV, Streaming TV, and premium publisher environments

AMC experience strongly preferred

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

Experience presenting to enterprise clients and executive stakeholders

Prior leadership or mentorship experience preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and remote-first environment

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
