Mega Seating and Design is Florida's leading custom restaurant booth and commercial seating manufacturers. We design and build custom booths, banquettes, and commercial furniture for restaurants, hotels, hospitality groups, and national brands.

We are growing and looking for a highly motivated sales hunter who thrives on finding opportunities, opening doors, and closing business.

This is not an account management role. We need someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and creating opportunities where none previously existed.

What You'll Do

Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, and relationship building

Develop relationships with restaurant owners, franchise groups, hospitality operators, designers, architects, and general contractors

Prospect daily and consistently build a sales pipeline

Conduct customer meetings and facility visits throughout the Florida market and beyond

Identify projects before competitors know they exist

Create and present proposals

Negotiate and close profitable business

Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records

Represent Mega Seating and Design professionally in the marketplace

Preferred Experience

Outside sales experience

Business development experience

Construction, hospitality, furniture, restaurant, design, or commercial interiors experience is a plus

Proven history of prospecting and generating new business preferred

Requirements

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

Strong communication skills

Basic Microsoft Office proficiency

Ability to travel throughout the Tampa Bay area, additional Florida markets (day trips)

Compensation

Base salary plus commission

Performance-based earnings

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

Outside sales: 5 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

50% (Required)
