About the role
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end architecture and design for enterprise-grade applications.
Act as a Technical Lead, guiding day-to-day development and engineering decisions.
Provide hands-on technical leadership across development and delivery.
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
Lead design reviews and guide teams on best practices.
Work with DevOps teams to implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor engineers and elevate overall technical capability.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering (or higher).
Strong hands-on experience with MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
Experience in the telecom domain (preferably network engineering / infrastructure systems).
Pay: Up to $160,000.00 per year
