About the Role
We’re looking for a Copywriter who can turn ideas into words that move people—and drive results. This is not a “write some blogs” role. You will own how our brand shows up across every touchpoint, from high-converting marketing campaigns to educational content that genuinely changes behavior.
You’ll operate at the intersection of brand, product, and growth—crafting narratives that are clear, compelling, and impossible to ignore. Whether you’re writing a headline that stops the scroll, building a campaign from the ground up, or refining messaging across our ecosystem, your work will directly impact how millions of people experience our brand.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and write high-impact content across courses, blogs, and marketing channels focused on business and personal development
Create compelling copy in a variety of formats, including long-form articles, short-form content, and performance-driven ad copy
Own the end-to-end content lifecycle—from ideation and writing to publishing and distribution
Edit and elevate content from cross-functional team members to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality
Optimize content for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings
Analyze content performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and reach
Who You Are:
2+ years of experience writing high-quality educational content and/or conversion-focused sales copy
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a mastery of tone, clarity, and persuasion
Experienced in working within established brand guidelines while maintaining consistency across all content
Highly adaptable writer with a strong ability to capture and evolve brand voice across formats and audiences
Strong interest in or understanding of personal finance, business, and self-development content
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities, and rigorous review cycles
Balances speed with craft—producing high-quality work quickly, iterating based on feedback and performance data, and maintaining a consistently high standard
