JOB TITLE: Social Media Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, community engagement, campaign execution, influencer collaborations, and driving brand awareness and sales through social media.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
Identify trends, opportunities, and emerging platforms relevant to the brand.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Content Management
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Write captions, reels scripts, product descriptions, and promotional content.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers for content creation.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Community Management
Manage comments, direct messages, and customer interactions.
Build and engage online communities.
Address customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain positive brand reputation and customer relationships.
Influencer & Partnership Management
Identify and coordinate with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
Manage collaborations, product seeding, and partnership campaigns.
Track campaign performance and deliverables.
Campaign Execution
Assist in planning and executing product launches, promotions, giveaways, and seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate digital marketing activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Support website and e-commerce promotions through social media.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor social media performance metrics and KPIs.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Analyze engagement, reach, conversions, and audience growth.
Recommend improvements based on data insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
