Client Servicing Executive
About the role
Be the face of client interactions, manage day-to-day client communication and build trusted relationships
Translate briefs into action by working closely with client solutions and graphic designers
Own timelines, follow-ups, and project delivery from start to finish
Drive collaboration across internal squads with clarity and energy
Stay ahead of timelines, details, and client needs—always
Communicate clearly, think proactively, and keep the work sharp, relevant, and on-point Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Understand and document client requirements thoroughly.
Coordinate with clients to gather detailed specifications and expectations for their point-of-sale marketing displays.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
Develop detailed estimates and Proforma Invoices based on client specifications.
Ensure all estimates and invoices are accurate and reflect the scope of work.
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present company capabilities.
Follow up on meetings with actionable plans and summaries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
Support the sales team by providing necessary client information and project updates.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
Collect feedback from the client's post-project completion.
Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, project specifications, estimates, and invoices.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹688,187.92 per year
