About the role
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Coordinate with the content production team for shoot planning, reels, photoshoots, product shoots, and campaign execution.
Support in ideation and execution of engaging social media creatives, reels, trends, and storytelling content.
Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers for smooth execution of content.
Track social media trends, viral formats, audio trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
Support in publishing, scheduling, and managing daily social media posts.
Maintain content coordination sheets, campaign trackers, and posting timelines.
Ensure timely execution of campaigns and content deliverables.
Monitor engagement, comments, DMs, and basic audience interactions.
Support in generating monthly social media reports and performance insights.
Skills Required
Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form content trends.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Creative mindset with good aesthetic sense.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Interest in content production, reels, and digital storytelling
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
