Sales Assistant
About the role
UBALPINE is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support the sales team in lead management, customer coordination, quotation preparation, follow-ups, and project execution for workplace furniture and interior solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations. Sales assistants commonly support customer interactions, sales administration, quotations, follow-ups, and inventory/project coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Customer Coordination
Handle inbound inquiries from website, social media, referrals, architects, and corporate clients.
Qualify leads and maintain records in CRM.
Schedule meetings for the sales team with clients, architects, and interior designers.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
Track lead status and update management on progress.
Quotation & Proposal Support
Prepare quotations, BOQs, and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with the design team for layouts and specifications.
Assist in tender documentation and project submissions.
Ensure pricing accuracy and timely submission of proposals.
Sales Operations
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Prepare sales reports, pipeline reports, and MIS updates.
Maintain customer databases and project records.
Coordinate order processing and documentation.
Customer Service & Project Coordination
Liaise with clients regarding order status, deliveries, and installations.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams.
Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Support after-sales service activities.
Market Development
Maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, and corporate clients.
Assist in exhibitions, webinars, showroom visits, and promotional events.
Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
