About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, developing client relationships, and converting opportunities into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking activities.

Identify and approach potential architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and dealers.

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve business targets.

Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects, designers, dealers, and project consultants.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain regular follow-ups.

Lead Handling & Sales Conversion

Manage and respond promptly to inquiries received through IndiaMART, company websites, social media platforms, and other inbound channels.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and meetings with prospective clients.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.

Order Processing & Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely dispatch of materials.

Track project progress and maintain communication with customers regarding delivery schedules.

Resolve customer queries and provide post-sales support.

Reporting & Performance Management

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and order status.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build relationships with architects, designers, dealers, and project stakeholders.

Experience in handling IndiaMART and other lead-generation platforms.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and email communication.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Prior experience in building materials, natural stone, stone veneer, interior products, or construction-related industries will be preferred.
