Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday Work From Home)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

FT. Social Crew is a strategic social media growth and personal branding agency helping businesses, founders, coaches and service brands build visibility, authority and inbound lead generation through content marketing and digital growth systems.

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience who can independently manage client accounts, lead content strategy and drive measurable growth across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning

Develop monthly content strategies and content calendars for multiple brands

Create platform-specific growth plans aligned with business objectives

Research industry trends, competitors, and content opportunities

Build content pillars and campaign concepts

Content Management

Write engaging captions, hooks, carousel content, scripts and content briefs

Coordinate with designers and video editors for content execution

Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and audience preferences

Maintain consistency in brand voice across all platforms

Platform Management

Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, Google Business Profile and other relevant platforms

Schedule and publish content

Monitor audience engagement and community interactions

Improve visibility, engagement, and audience growth

Client Communication & Account Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

Conduct onboarding and review meetings

Present strategies, planners, and performance reports

Handle client feedback and ensure smooth project execution

Outreach & Engagement

Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities

Execute engagement strategies to increase reach and visibility

Support lead generation and personal branding initiatives

Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Analytics & Reporting

Track content performance and platform insights

Analyze engagement, reach, audience growth, and conversion metrics

Share actionable recommendations for improvement

Prepare monthly performance reports

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing

Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and personal branding

Excellent content writing and communication skills

Experience in content strategy, scripting and campaign planning

Understanding of social media analytics and reporting

Basic understanding of video editing and graphic design workflows

Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously

Agency experience preferred
