MBA (HR) will be an added advantage.

Fresher to 2 Years (IT/Technical recruitment preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, employee coordination, and talent acquisition for technical and non-technical roles. The candidate should understand IT profiles and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and references.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.

Coordinate technical interviews with department heads.

Manage interview scheduling and follow-ups.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Handle employee onboarding and documentation.

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.

Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.

Maintain attendance and employee records.

Ensure proper communication between management and employees.

Support employee engagement and workplace discipline.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of IT roles (Frontend, Backend, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, SEO, Graphic Designer, Project Manager, etc.)

Good communication skills (English & Hindi)

Recruitment and interviewing skills

Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS tools

Time management and coordination skills

Professional attitude and problem-solving ability

Preferred Knowledge:

Job portals handling (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)

Basic understanding of technical hiring

Employee documentation & onboarding process

Salary Range:

As per experience and company standards.

HR Head / Operational Head

KPIs (Performance Indicators):

Hiring closure rate

Time-to-hire

Employee retention support

Interview-to-selection ratio

Attendance & onboarding efficiency

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
