About the role
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, customer-focused, and results-driven Senior Interior Designer with strong sales experience in the Modular Kitchen & Bath industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating innovative design solutions, presenting concepts, driving sales conversions, and ensuring successful project execution. The role requires a blend of design expertise, client relationship management, and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities Interior Design & Space Planning
Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, functional needs, budget, and design preferences.
Develop creative and practical design concepts for modular kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, and interior spaces.
Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
Create detailed design drawings, 3D visualizations, and working drawings.
Sales & Business Development
Convert design consultations into confirmed sales orders.
Generate leads through referrals, architects, builders, and existing customer networks.
Conduct showroom presentations and product demonstrations.
Prepare project proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining profitability targets.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
Provide professional design consultation and product recommendations.
Handle client queries, design revisions, and project updates effectively.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Project Coordination
Coordinate with project managers, production teams, vendors, and installation teams.
Ensure designs are executed according to approved specifications.
Conduct site visits for measurements, design validation, and project reviews.
Monitor project progress and support timely project completion.
Product & Industry Knowledge
Stay updated on the latest trends in modular kitchens, bathrooms, fittings, finishes, and interior design.
Recommend innovative products, materials, and accessories that enhance functionality and aesthetics.
Maintain a thorough understanding of modular systems, hardware, countertops, appliances, sanitary ware, and storage solutions.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
