About the Role
We are a growing event management company looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer who can work closely with corporate clients, understand their requirements, and deliver high-quality design solutions for events, branding, and marketing collateral.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client briefs and translate requirements into compelling visual concepts.
Create creative designs for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, product launches, and brand activations.
Design event branding materials including backdrops, stage graphics, standees, brochures, invitations, presentations, social media creatives, and other marketing collateral.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Prepare print-ready artwork and supervise design quality throughout production.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Proficiency in:
CorelDRAW
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
Ability to understand and interpret client requirements effectively.
Experience working with corporate clients and handling brand guidelines.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of 3ds Max and 3D visualization will be an added advantage.
Experience in event industry design and exhibition graphics.
Basic understanding of print production and fabrication processes.
Candidate Profile
Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Able to work independently and under deadlines.
Strong portfolio showcasing corporate and event-related design work.
Excellent problem-solving and client-handling skills.
