About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements.
Create visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and other branding materials.
Design logos, banners, infographics, posters, packaging, and other visual assets.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all design outputs.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Revise and improve designs based on feedback.
Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Experience designing for both digital and print media.
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and excellent visual communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Familiarity with UI/UX or web design.
Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch.
Background in creating content for social media or digital campaigns.
