Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Janakpuri, Delhi, India. The Graphic Designer will develop visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including social media creatives, marketing collateral, educational content, and event promotion assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining graphics, logos, and brand elements, selecting and pairing typography, and maintaining visual consistency across all platforms. The role involves collaborating with content creators and program teams to translate ideas into clear, culturally sensitive visual narratives that reflect the organization’s mission. The Graphic Designer will also prepare final files for production, manage feedback, and ensure timely delivery of design projects.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of visual styles and formats.

Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and maintaining cohesive brand identities.

Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to choose and combine fonts that enhance readability and brand tone.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).

Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate abstract concepts into clear visual designs.

Attention to detail, strong sense of aesthetics, and ability to work to deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Understanding or interest in Indian culture, traditions, and values is highly beneficial.

Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
