Key Responsibilities
Design user-friendly interfaces for web applications, mobile applications, and software products.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies.
Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Develop design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Developers to translate requirements into effective user experiences.
Ensure consistency in branding, design standards, and user interactions across products.
Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and clients.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in a software development company, digital agency, or product-based organization.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
Proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of user experience principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Ability to create interactive prototypes and user flows.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end design constraints is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Experience designing SaaS, AI, E-commerce, Healthcare, FinTech, or Enterprise applications.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
