About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Embedded Engineer – Power Electronics to join our engineering team. The candidate will work on designing, developing, and optimizing embedded systems and power electronics hardware for advanced electronic products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop embedded systems for power electronics applications, including firmware development and hardware interfacing
Design analog and digital circuits for embedded hardware and power electronics systems (SMPS, DC-DC converters, inverters, etc.)
Perform schematic design, PCB layout, and routing using Altium Designer, KiCad, or equivalent tools
Ensure proper grounding, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance in PCB designs
Interface microcontrollers with peripherals, sensors, and communication modules (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, etc.)
Conduct hardware bring-up, testing, debugging, and validation
Prepare technical documentation: schematics, BOMs, Gerber files, and manufacturing-ready designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and optimization
Support manufacturing and assembly processes with vendors
Participate in design reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, or related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience in embedded systems and power electronics hardware
Proficiency in Embedded C/C++ and microcontroller programming
Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, or similar
Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design principles
Understanding of signal integrity, grounding, and high-speed PCB layout
Experience in hardware debugging using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers
Familiarity with communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN
Knowledge of RF design and EMI/EMC considerations is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with RTOS-based embedded systems
Exposure to IoT or connected devices
Familiarity with ARM Cortex or STM32 platforms
