About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven Member Account Manager to serve as a trusted partner to our growing network of aesthetic practice members. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong member relationships, ensuring exceptional service experiences, and helping members maximize the value of our products, services, promotions, and educational opportunities.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. Experience in aesthetics, medical practices, wellness, beauty, or healthcare-related industries is highly desirable.

What You'll DoMember Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned member accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships that foster member satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Conduct regular member check-ins to assess needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for additional support.

Proactively communicate product updates, promotions, events, and new service offerings.

Member Support & Success

Respond promptly to member inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.

Assist members with EMR-related questions and ensure access to necessary records and resources.

Support new member onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from day one.

Collaborate cross-functionally to address member needs and deliver solutions.

Order & Inventory Management

Process member orders accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate order fulfillment and monitor delivery timelines to ensure an exceptional member experience.

Track inventory levels and maintain adequate stock to support orders, promotions, and events.

Events & Promotions

Coordinate member communications for promotions, educational programs, and special events.

Manage event invitations, confirmations, and follow-up communications.

Support initiatives designed to increase member engagement and participation.

Account Growth & Reporting

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services that align with member goals.

Track account activity and prepare reports on member engagement and performance metrics.

Contribute insights and recommendations that support member success and business growth.

QualificationsRequired

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

2+ years of customer service, account management, retail, healthcare, or client-facing experience.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency with Google Workspace and business software applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

Experience in aesthetics, cosmetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, or healthcare.

Familiarity with Symplast EMR or similar practice management systems.

Experience supporting client retention, account growth, or customer success initiatives.
